Lili moved to Charlotte in 1993 when she was hired to teach at UNC Charlotte. In
2006 she took early retirement in order to satisfy another passion, real estate,
and joined Rossier Realty as a residential broker serving buyers, sellers, and
investors. Since then she has helped her clients successfully negotiate the
purchase or sale of their homes throughout the area, while specializing in south
Charlotte neighborhoods.
Having spent nearly 20 years of her life as a dedicated professor of art history, Lili
brings an eye for quality, a taste for details, and an expertise in finding and
marketing unique, historical properties (whether Victorian, Craftsman, mid-
century modern, or contemporary). Her clients also benefit from her knowledge
of construction, remodeling trends, “aging-in-place," marketing and staging.
